This assistant gives you a checklist. It cannot access your account, cancel a subscription, send a request or promise a refund. Do not upload receipts or enter card details here. Removing a VPN app or its configuration does not by itself establish that billing has stopped.
Use your own receipt to identify the seller, account and exact plan. Trial deadlines, renewal prices, installments and refund rules vary. Confirm the final status with the company that bills you and keep its confirmation.
