personalVPN — monthly VPN-only plan
VPN-only subscription; SecureMyEmail and CloakBox hardware not selected. Public coupon field does not establish a working code.
Initial payment and later access
USD 9.99 is the initial payment for 1 month VPN-only access, paid upfront. USD 9.99 is the monthly equivalent, not a promise of monthly billing. Current pricing lists USD 9.99 at purchase and then every month. Check the account’s renewal notice for changes.
When this option may fit
The VPN-only monthly option keeps the initial commitment to one billing month. It is not the email bundle, and its listed price should not be compared with an annual equivalent as though the initial payment were the same. The unresolved monthly-refund wording is especially relevant: canceling future billing is not evidence that the current month will be refunded.
Verification and code scope
Official WiTopia pricing inspected; two-year public order panel also showed personalVPN Pro at $59.76 for two years. No email, order, terms acceptance or payment submitted. No reusable public coupon is recorded. A provider’s optional promo field does not establish that a working coupon exists.
Refund conditions
Monthly refund unconfirmed: pricing advertises 30 days, while the published terms exclude refunds for the current monthly service period. Confirm directly before buying.

Refund wording conflicts: current pricing advertises 30 days across VPN plans, but the published terms give non-monthly plans 30 calendar days from purchase and exclude refunds for monthly payments. Treat a monthly refund as unconfirmed; seek written clarification before relying on it. Cancellation and refund are separate actions.
