Initial payment and later access
USD 59.76 is the initial payment for 24 months VPN-only access, paid upfront. USD 2.49 is the monthly equivalent, not a promise of monthly billing. After the initial 24 months, pricing says renewal defaults to USD 47.88 every 12 months; notification is promised before renewal.
When this option may fit
The initial twenty-four-month access period costs $59.76, but the following charge is $47.88 for twelve months. This is a significant change in both payment frequency and annualized cost. Keep the initial term and the renewal notice together when evaluating the offer; the $2.49 equivalent describes only the first twenty-four months.

Refund wording conflicts: current pricing advertises 30 days across VPN plans, but the published terms give non-monthly plans 30 calendar days from purchase and exclude refunds for monthly payments. Treat a monthly refund as unconfirmed; seek written clarification before relying on it. Cancellation and refund are separate actions.
