Initial payment and later access
USD 47.88 is the initial payment for 12 months VPN-only access, paid upfront. USD 3.99 is the monthly equivalent, not a promise of monthly billing. Current pricing lists USD 47.88 at purchase and then every 12 months. Check the account’s renewal notice for changes.
When this option may fit
The annual VPN-only price is $47.88 at purchase and every twelve months according to current pricing. Compare the full annual outlay with the two-year introductory service term, whose next billing period differs. Avoid selecting an email bundle or router by mistake when following the shared WiTopia pricing page to checkout.
Verification and code scope

Refund wording conflicts: current pricing advertises 30 days across VPN plans, but the published terms give non-monthly plans 30 calendar days from purchase and exclude refunds for monthly payments. Treat a monthly refund as unconfirmed; seek written clarification before relying on it. Cancellation and refund are separate actions.
