VPNBlade runs on WordPress. This overview describes the initial build and will need to be updated as services, forms and integrations are added.
Site operation
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. Our hosting and network delivery services process connection information to deliver and secure the website. The operator must confirm their retention practices before introducing further collection.
Comments and external services
If you submit a comment, WordPress stores the information you provide and associated request details. Profile images may be requested from Gravatar where that feature is enabled. External websites linked from VPNBlade have their own privacy policies.
Analytics and marketing
The custom VPNBlade theme and editorial plugin do not load advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing forms. Analytics and Search Console have not been connected in this initial build.
Privacy requests
The website operator has not yet supplied a public privacy contact or a complete retention schedule. Those details must be added before introducing subscriptions, member accounts or other additional personal-data collection.
Reader ratings and saved offers
Ratings are optional. After you consent and submit, a random first-party browser cookie helps maintain one rating per item per browser for up to 180 days. Rating records contain a page-specific hashed identifier, score, optional comment and moderation dates. The rating feature does not request your name or email or store your IP address in its rating records; hosting logs may still process connection details as described above.
Approved ratings and any comments are public. Avoid personal information in comments. Use Manage my rating on the same browser to update or withdraw a rating. Withdrawal removes its public contribution and clears its comment. Cookie expiry does not automatically erase previously published ratings. Anonymous rating records are retained while relevant content is maintained, subject to withdrawal and spam moderation.
Saved offers are stored only in this browser’s local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. Share buttons open the selected service only when clicked; no social tracking widgets are embedded.
Comparison shortlist
The two offers you select for comparison are stored in this browser’s local storage until you remove them, clear the selection or clear browser data. This feature does not upload your shortlist or require an account. A copied comparison link contains only public offer IDs, currency and your differences-view preference. Sharing that link shares those choices with its recipient.
Private offer issue reports
Offer reports are optional and visible only to website administrators. After consent, the same random first-party browser cookie used for reader feedback lets you manage a report for up to 180 days. Each report stores a report-specific hashed browser identifier, offer ID, selected issue, optional plain-text detail, status and dates. Report records do not request a name or email and do not store raw IP addresses; hosting logs remain separate.
Use Manage my report on that offer in the same browser to update or withdraw it. Withdrawal clears the optional detail and closes the report. Reports are retained while the related offer is maintained unless withdrawn or removed as spam. Do not supply account, login or payment information. Reports do not go to the VPN provider and do not publish a coupon success rate.
